Jahlia 

Jahlia is normally tall with dark curly hair and dark eyes. She is beautiful inside and out, she finds opening up to people difficult but once she does you never want to leave her side. She's the best friend you could ever ask for. She's normally very shy and quiet when you first meet her but once you become friends she's a completely different person, she's very talented in music and sings amazing, her favorite colors are normally black,blue, and purple. Jailitis 

When a prisoner, while on his way to jail/at jail, all of sudden has 'difficulty breathing', 'extremely high blood pressure' or some other form of bogus medical condition. The prisoner by law must be taken to a comfortable hospital bed with free food to by cleared medically. This can often take hours - thus avoiding a cold cement cell a period of time.

"I was a block away from the jail when my prisoner got a case of 'jailitis'. I was stuck sitting at the hospital with him for 4 hours.
