Jabbleass: (adj.) when an effort has been made at something but the result is actually worse than if nothing had been done at all. Notably there is something that is ridiculously off/mismatched. It may result in something looking chaotic or fubar.
Example: a house with static multicolored christmas lights except one of the strands is all blue and flashing.
