definition yet and generally isn't a more common used figure of speech, because it works in multiple ways.
So, basically
1: If you don't spill anything on the floor, you're not going to have to clean it up
"Can I trust you to work alone for a bit?"
"Yeah bruh, no issues, no tissues"
2: If there's no problems, then you don't need anything to wipe the tears out of
your face"I'm fine"
"You been crying, no issues no tissues sis"

A way to respond to someone inquiring requests from you that you currently don't have any
"Dude, should I get you anything from
da store?"
"No issues, no tissues homeboy"
4:
When someone expects one of your experiences to have been way more intense than they really were
"Fell down de stairs"
"Ahh shit musta sucked
homie"
