a person who smokes meth (tweeker) whos only contribution to the smoke session is providing the wet-nap(wet-wipe),often used to wipe the pipe on after each hit.At times these types will subsitute any thing for a wipe;their clothing,couches,bed sheets,carpet,ect. just for the possibility of being in the session(getting high).
