A person who is on a h1b visa in the US for a long time because their priority dates for a green card are too far away. This means they cannot change jobs or travel easily and are perpetually forced to renew their H1B visa. Some employers know this and take advantage of this to exploit them. Usually refers to Indians, Chinese and Mexicans who have long waiting times.

Man I’m tired of seeing others travel the world while I sit at home like a H1cuck.

I couldnt take that job because they don’t sponsor VISAs. I hate being a h1cuck so much
