A "d'hicky" is a bruise or contusion caused by the blunt force of an erect penis to the softer areas of the neck. A "d'hicky" is most commonly used fictitiously as an excuse for a hicky that you don't want your girl knowing about. The double d'hicky, a legendary practice performed by orthodox d'hicklers, is the d'hicking of an individual on both sides of the neck.
