A "d'hicky" is most commonly used fictitiously as an excuse for a hicky that you don't want your girl knowing about. The double d'hicky, a legendary practice performed by orthodox d'hicklers, is the d'hicking of an individual on both sides of the neck. Although quite dangerous, a decent double d'hicky leaves a splendid bruise rainbow all over one's neck.
