Guallpa is the last name of a Mexican. (Before you say RACIST) It's not, look it up. The people with this last name are not nice. They're quite mean actually. Now don't be fooled, they might seem nice at first, but they're actually evil. They will trick and lure you in. DON'T fall for it.
