Someone who works behind the bar doing everything but serving drink(unless of course the bartender is incapable and said greyshirt rescues bartender from the weeds). They do things like restocking the fridge, replacing spirit, wine, and juice bottles, fresh squeeze, glassware, plastic, mixes, ice, et cetera.
