a pejorative slur for babies in particular or for children in general, or by extension, anyone younger than oneself.

These sniveling googahs can't even hold down food, let alone a paying job.

A creature of dubious appearance and character. Generally considered as “strange”, “otherworldly”, and “creative, I guess”.
