A few examples of the genres they write for are: psychedelic rock, progressive rock, psychedelic pop, jazz, acid rock, soul, folk, metal, and thrash metal. Pop a gizzard

A phrase used to describe an action which would negatively stress ones digestive system, so much so, that one wonders if they might have ruptured an internal organ. The "gizzard" being used to describe an organ within ones digestive system (gall bladder, stomach, intestines, bowel, etc). This phrase being most commonly used to refer to something that would result in severe explosive diarrhea or a massive increase in stool output.

Friend 1: "Damn these chocolate covered fiber pellet snacks are tasty!"

Friend 2: "Yo, holy crap, you ate half a box of super fiber pellet snacks! You better slow it down man, otherwise you are bound to pop a gizzard eating all that fiber in one sitting"
