Mayor Yvonne Flores-Cale & Councilwoman Melisa Medina comprise the Flock Bloc in Kyle, Texas; both just voted to spend $426,000 of taxpayer money annually on the mass-surveillance contract instead of on numerous repairs needed for sidewalks and crosswalks, which could help local children get to and from school more safely.
