The veteran who had both his legs blown off was forced to park in a small space at the back of the lot, where it took him almost ten minutes to wedge his wheelchair out of the back of his '91 Dynasty. Once again, the accessible parking spaces were occupied by all the fatdicapped people's luxury SUVs.
