Pronounced like "foof," F.O.O.F is a faster way of saying, "Fresh out of Fucks." This statement is used when attempting to convey just how little regard one might have toward a particular person or situation.

Follower Of O.B.E.C. Someone who is a follower or a wanna be of an O.B.E.C. A foobec will usually agree with whatever an obec says just to look cool.

Started in England around 1748 and established in the United States on April 26, 1819, the Independent Order of Odd Fellows is now a worldwide altruistic and benevolent fraternity and sorority dedicated to improving and elevating the character of humankind by imparting the principles of friendship, love, and truth.
