Egom is a term used in minecraft on a server called Hypixel on its popular game mode skyblock. The term egom usually means when a macro is used on the players skyblock island to automatically kill a minecraft mob ( The ghast ) to earn combat experience toward skills. This is a bannable move and the player Egom does not actually macro , he just has no life

Egoming is when a man completes Floor 7 in the catacombs for the first time. The catacombs is a dungeon based game within the popular gamemode Hypixel Skyblock. The first usage of Egoming was said by SirDeadly (the owner of Flexing Chimps) when he said "oh fuck I'm Egoming".
