egom is a word used in Hypixel Skyblock a lot. It is a word used to describe a very popular person the community respects a lot. Egom is also in a guild called Flexing Chimps, he is one of the main chimps that carry other chimps in dungeons! He is the highest dungeon level player so technically he is the best! Everyone loves doing egom runs and egoming all over the place.
