Dumptious 

Feeling the need to move the bowels. A polite way to inform others that you have to take a shit.
i.e.: "I'm feeling a little dumptious." or "begging your pardon ma'am, but my guts are full of chimichanga and I'm quite dumptious at the moment." or "I'm sure what you're telling me is really important but I'm too dumptious to give a shit."
