Drug dealers near you

the phrase for weird shady looking people near you

Drug Dealers Dozen

Like the bakers dozen, a drug dealers dozen never means 12. It refers to the fine art of a drug dealer undersupplying quantity.
Phil "I thought you were getting a couple of 6 packs! This is a drug dealers dozen"

Karen "I got thirsty and drank a few. At least you got something"

drug dealer minute

when you text or call your drug dealer and he says he will be there in a "minute." A minute is another word for hour to them so you don't go to another dealer. This can get irritating, especially when you want your drugs.

Heres some help for when this happens:
5 minutes = 30 minutes
15 minutes = 45 minutes
30 minutes = didn't leave his house yet
Vinny: "Yo my dealer said he'll be here in 5 minutes, where the hell is he?!"
Kevin: "It's gonna be atleast another half hour before he comes, he's playin the Drug dealer Minutes"

resting drug dealer face

Someone who looks like they might be selling drugs but actually just looks like that normally when expressionless.
Bro 1: "I don't know why everyone keeps trying to buy drugs off me, I'm just doing the grocery shopping."

Bro 2: "It's because you've got resting drug dealer face man."

Bro 1: "God dammit."

Drug Dealer Time

Drug Dealer time is like being on mushrooms. 1 minute feels like 2 minutes. But instead you are not on mushrooms and you are waiting an extra minute for every minute said. Drug Dealers obviously don't know how to tell time and when they say they will meet you in 15 minutes. You won't see them till half an hour. There's a few reasons why this is...
-They think they will be there in time, but somehow traffic is always slow.
-They know they won't be there in time but they want you there first so they don't have to wait.

-Or they just are fucking dicks and don't care about you.
Drug Dealer Time

Drug Dealer- "go there now ill be there in 10"
Me- "Alright"
-20 Minutes later-
Me- "where are you?"
Drug Dealer- "I'm almost there 5 mins"
-10 minutes later-
Me- "where you at dude?"
Drug Dealer- "I'm a block away"
-3 minutes later-

Surf Dracula Syndrome

A phenomenon in film/television series, most notably streaming series, where the main premise is drawn out to such a point that it takes an entire season or more to get the parts of the series the audience is actually interested in seeing.

For example, if a series is titled "Surf Dracula," a majority of viewers would tune in expecting to see Dracula surfing by the first or second episode. However, the entire first season would instead be tedious padding and backstory before finally ending with Dracula surfing in the last five minutes of the season finale.
I watched "Smallville" on Netflix the other day. Dude, it was ten seasons of filler before he finally flew! Major Surf Dracula Syndrome!
