Someone who incessantly drinks kombucha, often referring to it as "booch", and requests all their dairy products be dairy-free. They can often be found perusing the virtual aisles of poshmark, in search for their next vintage purse.

Ex: "Wow that person eating a free-range, cage-free, vegan pizza is probably a dreas. Oh look, they're washing it down with some organically sourced, non-gmo booch...definitely a dreas."

Ex 2: "Is she getting another vintage burberry purse? Must be a dreas."
