Naïve, stupid, slow to figure out things, has a dumb look on their face a lot, makes stupid and not funny jokes, forgets what they where going to say a lot. A ditzy person, male or female.

Think of dumb blondes like Jessica Simpson, now shes a real ditzer.

An acronym which stands for D!@& (Penis) in the eye syndrome. The activity is known to cause pink eye or some weird eye fungus. The syndrome is highly embarrassing and can cause someone afflicted to don an eye-patch.
