Dissipant

Portmanteau of "dissident" + "pissant." A neoconservative who cosplays as an independent, principled contrarian breaking from the establishment consensus, while in reality just recycling the same tired hawkish, regime-change orthodoxy as everyone else in the movement. The political equivalent of calling yourself a rebel while reading straight off the party script.

Turn on the news and there's another big dissipant neocon, beating the war drum for the tenth country this decade and calling it 'independent thought.

Dispantia 

(noun) The medical condition, which often afflicts males on television, where one is unable to remember if one is wearing pants. Symptoms of this include, not only the lack of pants, but also to go sans trousers in public and the inability... ...to remember (or sluggishly recall) not wearing pants at a later date.

cognitive dissident 

A person for whom exposure to cognitive dissonance has resulted in rational conclusions contrary to the 'official' narrative of history and/or culture. If this dissonance becomes great enough, the person will be compelled to start producing new cognitive dissonance, becoming a cognitive dissident.

An activist who disseminates information aimed at changing peoples opinions regarding an immoral status-quo could be regarded as a cognitive dissident

A hybrid of the words dissapate and precipitate.
To disperse a substance no longer needed with a subtle force, which then creates desirable outcome.

e.g. used to describe the outbreath in yoga of the grey mist in the healing breath.

"Breathe in the golden light and then allow the grey mist to dissipitate outwards"
