This person is such a dick and so fake that he cannot possibly be human and therefore must be half dick, half robot. v. 1. to act purposely dickish to the point where normal personality is unrecognizable in order to achieve a desired outcome.

A person or people steal an item from school sneakily (commonly out of the bathroom) and post a video of it on any social media platform. (e.g. toilet, soap dispenser, urinal screen)
