Dick Squat 

(verb) To put a barbell with plates on it, on your shoulders and to squat down onto a penis. This workout exercise is measured in the number of plates squatted and the inches of the penis that penetrates. Often done at the JCC, and gyms throughout Israel.

"Hey David, have you been working out?"
"Yes Alex, I have."
"What have you been doing?"
