A terrible state of mind. The long-lingering effects of desperation and depression all at once. First felt after being blind-sighted with a job loss or a long-term relationship break-up. One minute you are panicked, the next you are in tears.
Marcus: "Hey, what's the matter with Billy? He's not getting back to me about tonight's game."
Willy: "Oh, cut him some slack. His girlfriend broke up with him last week and he's upset one minute, and then constantly calling her the next."
Marcus: "Oh, say no more. Bro's got a bad case of despression."
