Someone that takes an ink pen from somebody else and never returns it. The depender uses various techniques such as asking to borrow a pen then keeping it or helping themself to a pen that was left unattended. This results in the owner of the missing pen being left without one.
After searching on the desk, in the drawers and then under it, for their favorite writing instrument but not finding it, the individual realized they had once again fallen victim to the mysterious depender.

A disease that leaves a person addicted and dependent to a bitch. If that bitch decides to leave him/her, that person becomes an emotional train wreck and does nothing but lay around and mope. In worst cases, that said person would think he/she is in an R&B music video- something worse than self-mutilation.
The only cure for Chronic Bitch Dependency is learning how to control the bitch and make her behave- hit the bitch if she doesn't do what you say until you achieved desired results.

Get the Chronic Bitch Dependency mug.A person who is married to someone in the service who doesn't just depend on their spouse for financial support, but pretty much relies on them for it. They start out all cute and All-American until after the wedding, then it's like cookies, couch and coach purses. Arguing with other dependas over Facebook all day over who's the bigger dependa. They're generally not educated and have no goals or aspirations in life. They live their lives through their husband's successes and think they rank and are better than "civilians" when they themselves are in face...still civilians.
You can usually find them at the PX and/or commissary like a herd of cattle during every pay period blowing their spouse's paycheck on oreos, Coach and Michael Kors and then complaining 2 days after "they" got paid that they're broke and need someone to deliver them free diapers for their 6th baby. Get the Dependa mug.A leech-like creature normally associated with the military, but has been seen in other forms outside of the military. This creature can be seen in it's natural state normally in the Post or Base Exchange, usually in the food court area. Easy ways to identify the Dependopotamus are; being abnormally large, normally sloppily dressed, however some female versions will dressed in a manner that is highly unflattering to their size (clothes that are much smaller than what they should be wearing). Male Dependopotami are extremely rare, but do exist.
That man/chick is a Dependopotamus. Private Snuffy never has money because he/she is blowing it away on food and stupid stuff at the PX.
