Noun. A creature, resembling a dementor from the Harry Potter Series that sucks out the souls of innocent girls. Wears a hood, and when said hood is pulled back, it is revealed to be a ginger.

A ginger degenerate. One who is first a ginger and secondarily a degenerate, or vice versa.

They say gingers have no souls, maybe that's why so many become degingerates.
