Debly 

1-One who violently lashes out at people for no apparent reason and makes most laugh while putting lower society down.

2- A Debly could be one who runs through a very rich neighbourhood with nothing on but tighty whities and a large explosive firework that nearly blows a hand off.

3-Very ignorant but at the same time hilarious.

4-Could also be known as one who drives large one ton duallys with large flashing bright lights and hilariously nearly runs people off of the road.

5- A man with a gigantous amount of chest hair, could also be considered a Debly.

1-Man, that guy freaked out at that other buddy for no reason, haha what a Debly.
