When said out loud the correct method is to name each letter (like this: dee-tee-el-oh-eye), not turn it into a spoken word. Often the term is used in a snarky way.

The Dalokohs Bar is a chocolate bar for the Heavy in the fps game, Team Fortress 2. If you are a Heavy and eat the Dalokohs Bar, (Depending on if you have full health), it adds +50 max health for 30 seconds. Instead of healing you to 300 health, it only heals 100 health. Now another thing is if you combine the +50 max health + the Fists of Steel, you can survive some (not all), but some taunt kills. (Also when dropped it acts as a small health kit)
