The unconcerned companion of a newly acquired fashion item dog (I blame lockdown), that assumes it's everyone else's responsibility to ensure their little darling doesn't come to harm. Usually found with headphones on full blast and/or staring intently at their mobile phone whilst wandering up a cycle path or across a road. Mostly accompanied by an '-apoo', '-adoodle', French Bulldog or a rat-on-a-string.
