Named for a character from the Sims video game, Mrs Crumplebottom is a prude and a killjoy who has no social life, and dislikes seeing public displays of affection.

In the Sims game, Mrs Crumplebottom regularly purse-whips and/or lectures other sims who kiss or make out in public.
