Noun.

1. An individual who exists to critique the work and lives of others, often boosting their own sense of self- worth. Portmanteau of "critic" and "citizen".

2. Anybody writing anything anywhere on the Internet.

When Dave again complained that his sister knew nothing of how to carve a turkey, the family knew him to be a critizen.
