Noun:
A conspiracy made up while drinking beer, and/or about the beer you are drinking.

A) A conspiracy involving beer, and/or, a conspiracy thought up while drinking beer.
Person A: My buddy is convinced they put something in the beer at Club ____ . They swear it gets them drunk way faster than anywhere else.
Person B: Sounds like a consbeeracy.

confearacy 

noun

a plan to use conspiracy theories to traffic and promote false fears as a means of frightening, enraging, and generally freaking people out for political gain.
The candidate used a confearacy of CRT being taught in school to successfully enrage voters, raise money and ultimately win the election while knowing his claims where false.

A covert collaboration of whalers, sealers, and other harpoon-wielding fur-and-oil-seeking hunters.
Even though whaling has been outlawed, there is still a conspearacy among hard-core blubber-hunters to secretly keep killing said endangered aquatic giants, anyway.

Da collusion to deceive dat da famous (or infamous, depending on who's judging!) NCEC rear-admiral and his colleagues are often accused of regarding whether they actually did reach da North Pole as he claimed.
Due to flaws and missing information in da early-20th-century Arctic explorer's documentation, there is a widely-held suspicion of consPearycy connected with said "top of the world" adventures.

conspeeracy 

A less-than-legit collusion of two or more shady characters to keenly observe something or someone.
Harriet Oleson huffily states, "Well --- I don't recall any boys spying on ME at the swimming pool when I was a girl!", but as her husband Nils dismissively implied, Harriet had always been so obnoxious and unlikable that even in her childhood, such a "conspeeracy" among her male peers would have been unlikely.
