When a person gives you a compliment and an insult at the same time.

Friend Y: What did she say?
Girl X: "Wow, I really like that dress. That really short dress."

When a company over analyzes a problem that has an simple solution and won't listen to the person trying to explain the solution.

It was a classic case of complification; the managers met for hours and still couldn't decide how to move employees from one building to another.

What you are when, at the crucial moment, a piece of software or hardware invariably and inexplicably fails on you. Your blood runs cold. You break into a sweat. You rage against the machine, but it's no use. That program or piece of machinery that has worked perfectly fine up until now has chosen to malfunction at the exact moment you needed it most. You're compufucked.

"Fuck ... I finished the essay with ten minutes until the deadline. I clicked to print so I could run up to campus quick and hand it in. But then the paper all jammed and shredded and now it's all stuck deep inside the printer and it won't work any more. I failed the class."

Complitack

V: Mixture of a compliment and an attack. Can be used to compliment someone for having a high amount of ability in an undesirable trait or simply to serve as a sarcastic way to tell someone how terrible they are.

This is similar to the "grandma-burn" an insult from your grandmother that is typically delivered in a very sweet tone, and followed by fresh baked cookies.

Examples of "Complitacks" include (but are not limited too)

I LOVE how you can lie about something and feel no remorse. Congrats!

OR

Hey bro, thanks for eating all the bacon and not saving me any. I know it was a real struggle for you but you stayed strong and kept it all for yourself. Bravo!
