Romanian operation popular among teenagers that usually involves illegal actions in order to make money. In most cases it fails, or was already done 5 times by someone else, and is well-known by the authorities. Usually ends with a beating/arrest.

Popular "combinatii":

-buying an item and selling it with double-triple price;
-fooling someone to buy something broken that "merge 10/10 nu bate, nu troncane"
-getting drugs without paying
-"a trage teapa" (generic) (pretending to do a job / sell / buy something, but never actually showing to the meeting point, or showing up with a squad of muscle guys to intimidate the individual)
