A combination of "Maziar (Persian name)" and "Chal".

a Maziar whose main activity is to Chal is called a Chaliar

Call Chaliar, he is always hanging around doing nothing; he is a great nominee for doing your crap
Give Chaliar some worthless stuff to do, he's doing too much of paid Chal
Even Chaliar with no amount of daily studies knows how to do that, shame on you.

Chaviar

A caviar substitute for the masses | the lower echelons of society (if you consume it on a regular basis).
i.e. Branston Pickle

A use of the derogartory "Chav" to denigrate that which would be considered by a "Chav" to be an ostentatious food or that which is presumed extravagant by those of a supposed lower social standing. For example:

Rupert: "Victoria does assert incessantly about humous and toasted pita bread."
Winston: "Quite agree'd Rupert, it really is such Chaviar, she is so lower middle class."

A girl who is most likely to turn heads. Whether this is because it is good or bad depends on the type of chalia. Chalia is usually a girl, and outstandingly beautiful. although it could be a boy, with side burns, and body odour.

Chaloare 

adjective. Used when describing an un usual situation or person.

Can also be used when describing someone or something that is fucked up. This can be done by adding "ed" on the end of the word- Chaloared

"Yo..why is everyone acting so chaloared over here?"

"Are you chaloared?"
"That's chaloared"
