A caviar substitute for the masses | the lower echelons of society (if you consume it on a regular basis).
i.e. Branston Pickle

A use of the derogartory "Chav" to denigrate that which would be considered by a "Chav" to be an ostentatious food or that which is presumed extravagant by those of a supposed lower social standing. For example:

Rupert: "Victoria does assert incessantly about humous and toasted pita bread."
Winston: "Quite agree'd Rupert, it really is such Chaviar, she is so lower middle class."

Any two-bit, dime-a-dozen rapper who raps about the same old bullshit like cars, clothes, jewelry, girls, booze, drugs, etc. ad nauseum. Tends to be highly materialistic, shallow and superficial. Popularized by Mac Miller in his song of the same name.

Max: Oh look, he who ate all the caviar just released another dull, boring, generic rap song.
Tom: Man that guy sucks. How the hell did he ever manage to get so popular?

It's a name resulting from a rare mixture of Javier and Xavier. So far, Chavier's tend to be Cuban, extremely energetic and passionate about their likes. Not the nerd type, however a Chavier is really smart and responsible. Hard worker, perfect boyfriend. Kind of shy when it comes to flirt with smart girls, but considers intelligence to be a crucial quality in a woman. They also tend to be Sagittarius and are surprisingly compatible with libra's. Described in one word: adventurous.

I really admire Chavier: he's not only extremely smart and funny; but the way he seems to have everything figured out makes me feel safe.
