Small, insignificant food things that tend to sit at the bottom of cracker boxes or potato chip bags.

Crumbs, usually extra dry and possibley accompanied by salt.

Stuff that gets into TUGG's eye.

"Sorry, the Wheat thins box is empty, but there's still some foodstuffs at the bottom if you want it."
