Catwalk floor is a narrow, usually elevated platform used by models to demonstrate clothing and accessories during a fashion show.
Models on the catwalk often use a walk which is like that of a cat, placing one foot directly in front of the other to produce an alluring swagger in which the hips take on a more exaggerated movement.

An ode to the 1980s style of breakdancing on a flaten piece of cardboard in the streets. The act of impressing a boy/girl by showcasing how well they can dance.
Dalton: Hey Luke, how the hell are you going to impress Kacie?

Luke: I think a stroll down the cardboard catwalk will do the trick.

Dalton: Okay, but your white so I'd stick to the acoustic guitar.

catwampus 

1. Describing an object or movement, with the first part out of line with the second part.
2. The motion of a vehicle which has the front axle alignment slightly offset from the back axle alignment, causing the vehicle to track diagonally as it moves down the road.
3. The motion of an any animal that runs or moves with its body slightly diagonal to the forward direction, similar to a cat.
4. Parts out of alignment.
5. Something that just doesn't work out.
6. A crooked object.
7. A haphazard arrangment of things.
8. A wildcat in the Tennessee woods.

Pronunciation: cat-a-wom-puss (or) cat' whom-puss

Catwampus is usually preceded by the words "run", "went", "slightly", or "kinda".

Origin: From the word Wampus, a Tennessee and Kentucky hillbilly slang name for the legendary mountain lion or wildcat. Wildcats run fast with their hind legs very offset to one side from their front legs. They are often afraid of humans and therefore are often viewed from the rear as they are running away.

city chicken 

A food native to Pittsburgh/Western Pennsylvania in which cubes of pork and/or veal are put on a short, wooden skewer, breaded, then baked and/or fried.

I've heard that city chicken originated during the Great Depression, when folks didn't have enough money to buy full cuts of meat, so they assembled meat scraps on a wooden skewer, creating a make-shift drumstick. Hence the name.

The rush of neurotransmitters and neuropeptides triggered specifically by watching the Seven Dwarfs march home singing "Heigh-Ho" — that particular high of pickaxes, whistling while you work, and communal domestic bliss in a cottage built for men half your height.
I only meant to watch the Heigh-Ho scene for the endwarfins, and then it was two hours later and I'd watched the whole movie.
