The word "Carmok" originates from an ancient dialect spoken by a tribe of chicken herders in a remote mountainous region of northern England. In this dialect, "Car" or as it was originally pronounced "Korr" meant "feathered" or "winged", while "mok" referred to the sound of their distinctive clucking / bawking. Over time, as the tribe interacted with neighbouring communities and traded their prized chickens, the term "Carmok" came to represent not just the chickens themselves, but also the sense of community and abundance they brought.

As the Carmok tribe's reputation for breeding superior chickens spread, so too did their unique language and the term "Carmok" became synonymous with excellence in poultry farming. Eventually, as languages evolved and cultures merged, the word found its way into the lexicon of nearby civilizations, where it retained its association with chickens but also came to signify prosperity, fertility, and the interconnectedness of communities.
You are a right proper son of a Carmok.
