A skirt that is so tight, it shows every last detail of a girl's butt. Often worn by Catholic school girls during Mass.

very tight jeans and pants which cling to the derrier. Can be very uncomfortable and painful to the genitals. Word is usually directed towards guys, mainly by urban kids who believe that baggy pants are the bomb.

Butt Huggers

A derogatory term for men’s briefs, used to mock the fact that tight briefs are tight around a man’s butt, almost as though they are hugging his butt. This is in contrast to more popular types of men’s underwear, such as boxer briefs, which are tight around the legs rather than the butt, and regular boxer shorts, which are not tight at all and therefore do not hug any part of the body.

Person 1: He must’ve been so embarrassed that his pants fell down and everyone saw his underwear.

Person 2: Yeah. Everyone was laughing really hard at him, especially since he was wearing butt huggers instead of boxers.
