A goof; A person who is highly irritating and generally irrelevant. The word itself can be used to replace other curse words while still conveying profanity in a more affable manor.

Botchka

A game in which one places two numbered dice in one's mouth, swallows them with ipecac, and then vomits the dice. One then retrieves the corresponding number of cards from another player's back pocket. Any further rules are improvised.

The boys played Botchka down in the basement, and now the floor is saturated with vomit.
