Brocrates

Pronounced: Bro-cra-tees...like Socrates (it's ok Bro's, you don't need to know who that is anyways)

A pseudo-philosophical bro. Brocates will make statements intended to be deep and philosophical, but which will instead come across as lame and pitiful. Substances such as alcohol and marijuana may induce extended periods of such attempts at depth and insight - aka failosophy

*exhales puff of smoke* "...Dude. So I was makin out with this one chick the other night - and I thought to myself 'what if this isn't a real chick, but a robot sent to kill me' but then I kept makin out with her"...

*smashes beer can on forehead* "Damn Brocrates. That was deep"

A person who continues to talk despite knowing that he is boring the hell out of his audience

The Indian MP always continues rambling on despite a visible lack of interest amongst his audience. He's such a borocrat!

A ruler that has to use brutal force to impose their philosophy on the people they govern.

Brutocrats use various methods including extreme violence, torture, imprisonment & murder to control those they govern.

A body, usually a governmental entity, that exists solely to make difficult the receiving of permission for an action which should be simple, but required.

I need to work in 4 Canadian provinces, so I need to get work permission from each burrocracy, not just the Canadian government.
