Borinquen 

The ancient name of the island of Puerto Rico. Before the spanish arrived and renamed it Puerto Rico the indigenous indians, The Tainos, called the land "Borinquen", which means "Land of the Valiant Lord." Therefore, one who was from Borinquen was called a "Boriqua".

Paul's Boutique 

A crappy brand of clothing worn only by Chavs. I looks like it was desgined by a 6 year old and is usually worn with another Paul's Boutique item, such as the bag or the shoes or whatever. If you see someone wearing such trash, you will know that they're working their way up to that ASBO!

Chav Girl 1: omg, don't I look gawjuss in my Paul's Boutique jacket and bag and shoes?!

Chav Girl 2: omg yeah! And your leggings go great! Plus, that bun on top of your head is giving you an awesome facelift!

tourniquet 

A piece of rubber like a string tied around the arm in the bicep region to stop blood flow. Used to expose a vein when shooting heroin.

The dictionary defines a tourniquet as a surgical device for arresting / stopping haemorrhage by compression of a blood vessel.

Meaning could be adapted a couple of ways:
(Surgical) Cloth or band tightened around a part of the body (like the arm) to stop blood flow temporarily.
(Religious) What Christ offers to anyone who comes to Him - Psalm 147:3 says that, "He heals the broken-hearted and binds up their wounds".

You choose your own meaning.

Odds are, many albums you listen to are recorded on brands you've never heard of, except maybe Yamaha, Sony, JBL, and Panasonic.
