The definition for a guy who always wears his hat backwards, wears raybans, tank tops, and v-necks, and a huge watch on his wrist. He loves to wear RVCA and Nixon. Has a huge collection of watches and hats, which are his defining trait. A derivation of the "fratty" look. A style.
