1: A stupid person. Someone who can't do anything right.
2: Substitute for the words "moron" and "idiot".

Example 1:
Person 1: Look, John missed the train again.
Person 2: Yeah, what a "Beinir".

Example 2:
Person 1: Johnson lost his entire savings in the casino.
Person 2: What? He always messes up. He's a proper "Beinir".
