Balham
A posh place near Clapham and Tooting. Full of trendy expensive AF coffee shops and Waitrose-shopping white people. Usually people in their 20's live there or families. The kids there, are the complete opposite of chavs and their parents are pretty rich. If you walk into a state school there you could mistake it for a private school. People there are generally nice and not stuck up like most poshos.

Balhalla
Balhalla is the feeling you can't put into words similar to extreme or pure happiness. Some try to explain is as joy, happiness, or even euphoria. Commonly felt when in true love, balhalla is the epitome of happiness and there is no 'happy' emotion of higher rank.

Ratfucker
Brought to public attention by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein in the book on the fall of Richard Nixon, All The President’s Men, ratfucker was Nixon’s term for a political operative who sows chaos among opponents; an agent provocateur. It is thought to have originated among campus political rivalries at USC, and seems to have some usage in the US military.
Along with Nixon’s other ratfuckers, Roger Stone caused fights at otherwise peaceful Democratic Party protests to generate a false narrative that the Democrats were violent and dangerous.
