balhuticaris is a very cool arthropod that lived in the cambrian period. it had a bazillion segments and a batrillion awesomeness points. (MORE SPECIFICALLY OVER 100 DISTINCT SEGMENTS) it was 9.6 inches long. its shaped kind of like a sad dog's jowels with a tail. it is part of the order hymenocarina, in fact, it is the largest membor of that group, even one of the largest animals from the cambrian!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it is the largest bivalved arthropod in the fossil record, nearly twice the size of nereocaris. wow!!! cool!!! scientists are unsure of its diet, it could have been a suspension feeder, it could have been a predator, who knows. i know. bahuticaris ATE!!!!! if i was a balhuticaris, i would be pretty happy. i would swim a lot and be happy. goodbye.
