Bagouch can mean anything, its not meant to just mean one thing its many things. its a kind of word were it can mean good or bad things you can make it to mean anything you want

for an example, (jared is being such a bagouch, or im am really bagouched right now.

Balouch

(bal-ooo-ch)
Someone who happens to be hairy, and has a belly, as well as other deciding factors such as being rude and narcissistic. Bad hygiene is another key factor of determining if someone is a balouch. A balouch is more of a sub category of being a douche, all balouches are douches but not all douches are balouches.
