Someone who tries to cook, but is poor at it, and uses bacon as a cover up. Also one to not cook wild game correctly, forcing people not to like wild game, and trying to make there bad cooking not the reason, use bacon. AKA - food band aid

A person that is dishonest, not trustworthy, has bad influence on other or is a criminal (bad guy, bad apple).

There is always a bad cookie in the jar.
There is always a least one bad person in a group of many.
