Bacabones 

A traditional Peruvian dish, thought to predate Hispanic rule. Modern interpretations of the dish typically consist of Jalapeno peppers rolled in sugar and spices, which include cinnamon or nutmeg, but can vary. The, the pepper is dipped in chocolate, which is allowed to harden.
